Some lovely skills there guys and some very good balance, I only wish to be able to ride the Boulder Trail as good as you. On a side not been practising my skills today in York and decided to take on a 5 foot drop off along the river bank, surfice to say I am sat here typing with a nice bruise in the middle of my chest :D

And some riding lessons! I was particlarly spineless that day. Had my full book of excuses with me.
Luckily Knacker rode through the pain barrier, podge did his best to hurt himself on everything even though he'd never been before and chris should have brought his bike (past, he can ride as well as film..)
